Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister KE Krishna Murthy will soon announced the EAMCET 2020 results in the month of May at around 3.30 PM. Initially all the students can see their individual results only and soon the University will release the complete merit lists in which candidates will be arranged in increasing order of their ranks in EAMCET 2020 Result. The students will be able to see their Category wise as well as Overall Rank and marks secured by them in Aggregate and Section wise in Result of EAMCET 2020. Individual Rank Cards will be made available to the all the exam takers soon. These rank cards must be preserved in good condition by all the candidates till the admission process is complete as they will be required at the time of Counseling.
ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR AP EAMCET – 2020
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for AP EAMCET-2020:
- a. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
- b. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local /
Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Educational Institutions
(Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended (See Annexure III). - c. For Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), Pharma.D, B.Tech. (Dairy), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. [Food
Science and Technology (FS & T)], B.Sc. [Agriculture Engg] courses: - (i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2
pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optionals or related vocational courses in the
fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra
Pradesh / Telangana, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from
academic year 2000 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board
of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
AP EAMCET Pass Percentage Statistics:
When we come to the year just before the separation of Telangana State, the pass students of AP EAMCET was around 2 lakh whereas in 2014 after separation it Engineering Pass percentage 70.77 % Medical Pass percentage 83.16% and the total number of students appeared was around 1.8 lakh. In the year 2015, there was 77.42 % qualify for engineering whereas 89.89 % for medicine/agriculture whereas in 2016, AP EAMCET 2016 Pass Percentage: 77.88% and 77.94% in 2017, and in the year 2018 approximately 2 lakhs candidates were appeared for the exam and more than 1 lakhs students cleared the exam, the total pass percentage for Engineering is 72.28% while 87.6% students have qualified EAMCET – Agriculture and Medical. But it never cross the 80%, So we can expect around 80% pass percentage in 2020 and more in the coming years like 2021, 2022.
